04-002 Purpose



BFI 01-001 - The Buffaloes are a non-for-profit organization which contain different chapters that represent

various military bases (ie Luke Chapter, Osan Chapter, Misawa Chapter).  The Buffaloes religiously practice

having good times while consuming vast amounts of alcohol.  Throwing/attending countless parties have been a

Buffalo pastime since their existence.  The Buffaloes can also be described as a brotherhood, with occasional

female admission being accepted. (refer to BFI 02-004)



BFI 02-001 - The Buffalo Headquarters is located at Luke AFB, Phoenix, AZ which house the Three Wisemen. 

The Three Wisemen head over all members and focus leaders.


BFI 02-002 - Focus leaders are members who started the chapter at that base.  Focus leaders are automatically

designated whenever a standard member receives orders to a new base which doesn't have a chapter, and

receives full responsibility of recruiting new members and provide direction.  Whenever a Wiseman or focus leader

leaves, he will choose a member from that chapter to take his position.  Traditionally, the person with the oldest

membership with the most experience.


BFI 02-003 - Wisemen and focus leaders are the only people who can add new members.  Though their picks

are highly dependent upon the say and recommendations of the members in that said chapter.  Sometimes this

action will be waivered when a leader isn't present, and alcohol is involved.  In this case, all a leader has to do is

approve the person's membership the next business day.


BFI 02-004 - It is also rumored that a female must sleep with a member to be accepted in the Buffaloes.  If this

rumor will help you get laid as a Buffalo, then have at it.  But it is not a valid requirement at all.


BFI 02-005 - There are three known requirements you should pass before telling yourself you're Buffalo material.

First, you must be socially accepted and/or at least social inclined.  This group isn't for the anti-social black trench

coat mafia type by any means.  We will just make fun of you.  Second, you must be able to hang.  If you're a sober

vegetarian, go to church.  If you drink alcohol daily because you enjoy the taste and it helps you sleep nightly, sign

up asap.  And last but not least, you must pass the test which may or may not be involved with the Golden Rule.  If

you fail the test, well, just try again later.



BFI 03-001 - There is one single golden rule that every Buffalo must abide by.  This rule isn't to be discussed in

public around non-Buffaloes.  Ever.



BFI 04-001 - Mission Statement: To provide a network of upcoming and current members of the Buffaloes a

ready supply of hookups and camaraderie on military installations worldwide.


BFI 04-002 - The Buffalo Network provides every chapter of the Buffalo Network a means of communication while

providing news and entertainment.
